Use of the mailbox
MailBelo provides email hosting. You may not use it to send unsolicited bulk mail, phishing, or malware. We may suspend an account that harms other recipients or our ability to deliver mail.

Hosting mail comes with limits, a monthly or yearly renewal, and a 14-day trial on paid plans.
Plan limits
Plans include the limits shown at signup. “Unlimited” is not a promise we make. Paid subscriptions renew every month, or every year at 10% off, until you cancel. Trials last 14 days on paid plans.
Delivery
The service is provided with reasonable care. Delivery to third-party inboxes depends on their policies as well as ours. Contact [email protected] for invoice questions.
Reserved names
Locals such as support, abuse, postmaster, noreply, and billing are reserved on mailbelo.com. Asking the API for one returns not found.
Warmup
A new organization starts below the plan’s daily send cap. The cap rises over 14 days. Hitting the cap stops further sends that day.
Your data
Settings can export the account as JSON and can delete it after you type the email address. Deletion suspends the account and removes its mailboxes.
Payments
Paid plans renew every month, or every year at 10% off, until you cancel in the billing portal. Starter stays at $0. A missing Stripe secret means checkout is unavailable.
