The policy
/.well-known/mta-sts.txt names mx: mail.mailbelo.com, mode: testing, and a max age of seven days. Testing means a sender can read the policy without rejecting mail that fails the check.
Sending servers can read the policy, and a failed check does not reject mail yet.

PTR for 138.197.84.181 is not set. The deliverability desk reports that as-is. We do not show a hostname that DNS does not return.
A TLS-RPT record can send aggregate reports to [email protected]. That address is the company desk, not a mailbox from the public API.
On a domain you verify, the domain page lists the MTA-STS host `_mta-sts` and the TXT value. Mode stays testing until the policy is ready to enforce.
MTA-STS does not place mail in an inbox. It tells other servers how MailBelo expects SMTP to be encrypted.
