We do not sell that data. Message bodies are not used to train advertising profiles. Analytics runs only after you opt in. Session cookies are required to stay signed in.
You can export or delete an account from settings. Questions go to [email protected].
Name, email, plan, sessions, and audit events live in PostgreSQL. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. An authenticator secret, if you turn one on, stays on the account.
The mail server stores message bodies so the mailbox can be opened in webmail, IMAP, and SMTP. Object storage is used for exports when the key can write. A read-only key leaves bodies on the mail server.
A session cookie keeps you signed in. A theme choice is stored in this browser. Analytics runs only after you allow it on the banner or in settings.
support@, privacy@, security@, abuse@, and postmaster@ are the MailBelo desk. They are not mailboxes you create, and they are not listed by the public API.
