Why new domains start slow

A fresh address that sends thousands of messages on day one looks like trouble. MailBelo raises the cap as the account ages. The journal entry walks through warmup, authentication, and the published plan limits.

Warmup

A new domain starts with a low daily cap. The cap rises over two weeks as the account shows a sending history. The plan number is the cap after that period.

Authentication

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC tell a receiving server the message is authentic. They do not force it into the inbox. Complaints still land on the suppression list.

Limits

Every plan publishes a mailbox count, a domain count, and a daily send cap. There is no unlimited tier.

Clients

The same mailbox opens in Apple Mail, Outlook, and Thunderbird. IMAP is port 993. SMTP is port 587. The username is the full address.
